What to include

- Context so data can be found (for example: date of contact form submission).
- Any legal/identity details needed to verify the request safely.
Response timeline
- Acknowledgement target: within 7 calendar days.
- Completion target: within 30 calendar days where legally required.
- If requests are complex or numerous, this may be extended where lawful, and you will be informed with reasons.
Verification and limitations
